Promoting innovation and peak performance in science and economy

Innovation, creativity and openness play a significant role in the new digital and international working world when it comes to top performance. At the same time, values, humanism and a people orientation must be preserved. In order to keep up with digital developments, there is also the central question of how modern technologies and artificial intelligence can be used in the best possible way for people.

The Center for Leadership and People Management considers itself a Think Tank and conducts research on the following topics:
